Digital Marketing Analyst
As a digital marketing manager, you will manage all digital marketing activities for both agency clients as well as the agency. You will need to be capable of creating the campaign’s end-to–end blueprints and linking marketing strategies to client goals. This involves identifying all assets and deliverables needed for the campaign.
You will collaborate closely with the Digital Director, CMO and other external digital vendors. Your team will also be supported by the CMO, CMO and Accounts Teams. They will educate and guide agencies teams on digital marketing and digital reports. You will also contribute to the development of a process that applies to all digital projects.
Our Digital Marketing Analyst will be expected to do:
- Direct the execution of all digital campaigns
- Make sure you receive accurate Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly Reports
- Analyze and optimize your digital marketing strategy
- Monitor and analyze the reports to gain insight and provide overall information.
- Guide budgeting, targeting and creativity for all things digital
- Support SEO, Email Marketing, Web Development, Social Strategy, and SEM
- You will be responsible for all aspects of digital campaign execution.
- You can partner with Account Team to offer insights and strategies for your clients
- You can assess growth opportunities for clients by working with the Account Strategy group to develop a digital strategy.
- Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends as well as industry trends and market shifts.
- Manage Digital and Web

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience with digital landscape
- Google Analytics, and/or any other web analytics software.
- Email marketing platforms have proven to be effective
- Google Adword Certification
- Hubspot Partner & Marketing Certification, with at least 5 years Hubspot experience
- Experience with Asana (or any other web-based Project Management Software) a plus
- Sales Force and Marketo are other top-selling CRM tools. Pardot is another option.
- Google Ads and/or a digital advertising platform

Art Director
You will be our creative leader and expert on the Design Team. You will help ensure the Agency meets its quality standards and be a mentor to the other designers. As a designer, you will have to manage high-level creative ideas, visual support, and original design for digital, traditional, and web marketing campaigns. Experienced designers who thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The location is in Charlotte, NC.
As Art Director, you will be expected:
- Demonstrate analytical, technical and creative skills.
- You should be aware of the brand standards and campaigns your clients use to guide design decisions and ensure high quality.
- Work across agencies to use expertise to guide campaigns, or other projects, through conception and completion.
- Ability to work quickly, make quick decisions, and be accurate in your actions.
- For quick turnaround of adjustments and enhancements, you must work effectively
- You will be responsible for meeting the expectations and delivering your deliverables on time, and with high quality.
- Clear communication is required to ensure creative direction meets expectations.
- Manage freelance projects, foster vendor relationships.
- Mentor and provide support to design teams and encourage growth.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and developments that could optimize your internal quality and time management and also meet or exceed clients’ expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 8-10 years’ experience in design. Experience in a fast-paced agency or in-house setting is required.
- Minimum 5 years experience leading and managing a design team.
- Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Figma, Invision and similar programs.
- Bachelor’s degree is in Graphic Design, Digital Communications, Art or another related field.
- Experience with Asana (or any other web-based management software) a plus.

Account Executive
This is not a traditional selling position. Salary only. There are no commissions.
The Account Executive must be an experienced and dynamic individual with agency experience. He or she should have a proven track record in managing client expectations. They are responsible to manage projects from planning through execution and delivery. This position reports into the Director of Accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining client relationships. Confidently communicating with all levels.
- Provide reliable and knowledgeable contact.
- Creative briefings that are strategic and creative to ensure projects meet set goals and targets.
- Facilitate meetings, manage the agendas and make clear notes.
- Multiple projects of differing scopes can be managed effortlessly with converging timelines.
- Great communication skills, especially via e-mail, which provide clear direction to all parties and enable collaboration between them.
- Ability to comprehend and resolve problems or underlying concerns, share ideas proactively, and create effective, tactful response or rise to higher management.
- Ability to work well in a team and with other people, and to be able to work alone.
Requirements:
- **A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Advertising/Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Minimum 3-5years’ experience as an Account Manager or Marketing Manager. Agency experience required.
- Experience in developing and implementing new strategies, programs and processes that help businesses achieve their business goals.
- Expert in project management and organization. You need to balance urgent, short-term deadlines with high-priority long-term projects.
- Asana is an industry software that helps you manage deadlines and projects.
- Expertise in leveraging marketing budgets.
- Excellent communication skills and collaboration skills. Ability to network and build strong interpersonal connections with key industry professionals is a distinct plus.

Marketing Coordinator
You will work with an Account Executive/Senior Account Executive to make sure that projects are completed within the budget and time frames. This includes helping with account management, including meeting coordination, status reporting, brief creation, and meeting coordination.
As Account Coordinator, your responsibilities include the following:
- In order to outline creative deliverables, create briefs and jobs that you can post into your project management system.
- Act as a liaison between the Account Executives & the Project Manager, sharing client feedback and any other information throughout the project’s lifecycle, which could have an impact on budget, timelines, resources, etc.
- Assist Account Executives in creating proposals, SOWs or meeting materials.
- Communicate as necessary with clients or as requested by the Account Manager.
- As necessary, attend client meetings.
- Assist in the management of projects, with a particular focus on project organization.
- Other duties as required
Ideal candidate:
- A self-motivated, team player mentality with positive outlook.

Senior Designer
As our Senior designer, you will be responsible in designing, constructing and supporting the Creative Team through both digital and conventional platforms. Based on campaign creative direction approved, you will design and create materials for client and creative presentations. In addition, the Senior Designer will provide creative input for other agency processes such new business pitches and brainstorming sessions. You must be able and willing to follow instructions from spoken or written ideas and translate them seamlessly into images, layouts, etc.
As our Senior Design Engineer, you will need to:
- Be the agency’s top expert in design on both digital and traditional platforms
- Conceptualize, design, support, and provide design support to the web design and graphic design teams
- Collaborate effectively with multiple departments of the company.
- Agency’s project managers help deliver high-quality, on-time work and within budget
- System and processes
- Assist web team in creating responsive websites that are user-friendly and meet the UX/UI requirements.
- Best practices
- Check and test websites to make sure the design and user interface are compatible across devices.
- Browsers
- Assist the account team with identifying project needs and developing designs to meet them.
- Business and strategic needs
- Final design, final art, and concept materials reviewed in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Objectives, and execution of the alteration/correction of such materials
- Use the knowledge you have gained from experience to prepare artwork (digital or traditional) for production
- Preparing for the mechanicals
Preferred Qualifications
- BFA in Graphic Design/similar
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a role as a designer (fast-paced agency/in-house environment).
- Experiential learning is preferred
- Experience designing for desktop and mobile digital platforms
- Illustration and UI/UX expertise are great assets
- Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch, Figma Adobe XD. Invision or similar.
- JavaScript, WordPress and HTML/CSS skills are all a plus

Front End Developer Intern
Accurinst Development Corp needs a Front End developer intern to work on a range of web projects. Our teams will assist you in building, maintaining and designing client websites. This is a great chance to gain practical experience and build your professional resume. You will need to perform the following functions:
- Make sure to update your website.
- Optimize your website by conducting site testing.
- Site design and maintenance.
- Participate and help improve the quality of web applications.
- Assist in ongoing web tasks.
You can work full-time or part-time. Flexible hours (25-20+ hours per week).
